After graduating from the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, faculty of architecture, Nutsa’s Bachelor thesis was recognized as the best out of other diploma projects of the Georgian School of Architecture.  An annual international competition “Architectural Prize 2008” awarded Nutsa’s work with the title of “This Year’s Best Student Project”.

Nutsa’s education continued in the Netherlands where she obtained a master’s degree in architecture and engineering from the Delft University of Technology. After graduating, Nutsa joined Rotterdam-based architectural office “HP Architecten”.

Her work experience also includes co-founding a multi-profile design group “Urban Experiments” and undertaking a number of creative projects. The group has co-operated with architectural and urban firms such as Stadslab – European urban design laboratory, Topotek 1 Berlin, Raumlabor Berlin, etc.

In parallel to working as an architect and a project manager for an American architectural company Base 4 International for four years, in 2019 Nutsa co-founded a company teamtwo and as a chief architect she actively leads the architectural department to this day.
